pumpkin seeds will have the kids shivering with delight when you accompany them with a scary witch story! You can vary the seasonings with other spices your children might enjoy, such as garlic, lime, cumin, or cinnamon.

You’ll Need:

– Baking Sheet

– Fresh pumpkin seeds

– Sea salt

– Olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Toss seeds with small amount of olive oil and salt. Spread evenly on baking sheet and toast in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until slightly golden brown.

Gobble Up Goblin Bites (Gluten Free)

These little bites are sure to be gobbled up fast by your goblins!

You’ll Need:

– Pretzels (Gluten Free)

– Milk chocolate candy with a caramel center (Gluten free)

– Cashews

– Baking Sheet

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place pretzels on baking sheet and place one unwrapped candy on top of each pretzel. Place baking sheet in oven for 2-4 minutes, just until the candy starts to melt. Remove from oven and place a cashew on top of each candy and let cool.
