Halloween Party is tons of fun, but whats even greater is delicious Vegetarian foods great for Halloween.
1.Breaded, and fried Tofu with coloing
Breaded, and fried Tofu is a delicious vegetarian meal but adding some Halloween food coloring will make it more mysterious and playful.
First, you need too soak the Tofu in vegetable broth. Next, you can bread it with flour, sage, and a little cayenne. Then you can deep fry it. After you have deep fried it, add a few drop of food coloring, I recommend orange and black. When you want too serve it, put your favorite dip on the side, like spinach and yogurt.
2. Orange stir-fry Asparagus
All you need too do is stir fry the asparagus just soy sauce and vinegar. Then just add a few drops of Orange food coloring. You can even add plastic spider, or medium plastic pumpkins on the side of your dish as cute decorations. Just make sure no one eats it.
3. Halloween Colorful Veggie Pasta
First, pour 1 (16 ounce) package of Farfalle (bow ties) pasta in a large pot of lightly salted water. Then let boil for 8-10 minutes or when it well cooked. Next, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in the skillet over medium heat, and then saute 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic until its lightly browned, mix in 3 large diced tomatoes, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped yellow, and red bell pepper, 1 cup of zucchini, and half a cup of mushrooms. Cook and stir until it is tender.
When you are going too serve it put some cooked pumpkin on the side of the plate.
4. Green and black (Spinach with raisins)
Soak 1/2 cup of raisins for 10 minutes then drain well. Wash 1 pound of Spinach and leave some water slinging. Heat 2 tablespoons of Extra-Virgin Olive oil on low in the skillet. Add the spinach and cover the top but stir occasionally, while coating with olive oil. Season it with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black peppers. Uncover and let the water evaporate, chop 2 tablespoons of walnuts and add with 1 tablespoon of butter, and add the raisins. Let it cook in the skillet for a few minutes.
Serve on a small patter and enjoy, all the Halloween colors.
5. Halloween Salad
Pour some washed lettuce, baby tomatoes, chopped carrots, raisins, walnuts, and chopped pumpkin. Its a easy delicious Halloween salad. If you like you can even add some food coloring.
6. Veggie Burgers
Make some tofu and put it inside some burger bun, and add splatter some Halloween food coloring on the bun too make it look like splatter paint and put some slices tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, and lettuce. Print some witch pictures and cut them out and put the on top on the Veggie Burger with a toothpick.
7. Red veggie Ranch dip
Pour some ranch in a dip bowl and add some red food coloring. The add some chopped cucumber, bell peppers, tomatoes, and walnut. Serve the dressing with vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, ecct.
8. Cucumber, yogurt dip
Pour some plain yogurt in a dip bowl then add chopped cucumbers and a pinch of salt. Its a health side dish, appetizer, or what ever you want it too be. You can eat it like yogurt or use it as a dip.
9. Taco Chips
Put some taco chips on the bottom of a large plate and make sure too fill the plate, then put some cooked beans on the top with chopped onions, avocados, and sprinkle yellow cheese all over the top and add sour cream on the side for whoever that wants. Serve on Halloween plates too look spooky.
10. Spotted Orange Pita Tocos
Get some whole wheat pita bread and use black and orange food coloring too make spots. Fill the pita bread with anything you desire and it requires no cooking. Some grated cheese or crumbled feta cheese. Sliced olives tomatoes, crisp lettuce, pepperoncinis, mushrooms, avocados, leftover grilled onions and peppers, fresh sliced bell peppers, you favorite veggies basically.
