Halloween Cookies for the Gluten Sensitive are becoming more easy to find as more people are being diagnosed with being gluten intolerant or allergic to gluten. Gluten-free recipes are popping up everywhere. I have a couple to share as I am also gluten sensitive and have adapted a gluten-free lifestyle. I chose Gluten-Free Pumpkin cookies because pumpkin is so widely associated with fall and Halloween. The best part about these cookies is that you can add Halloween M&Ms to them, or any other chocolate Halloween themed candy and you have yourself a Halloween cookie.

The next cookie I chose is a the classic Pizza Cookie only, instead of just chocolate chips, again, you can use Halloween themed candy, gummy worms, and the like to decorate this cookie for yet another Halloween treat. I hope you enjoy these treats as my family has!
