The meal is a four-course meal featuring a Roasted Sweet Potato Soup with Jumbo Lump Crab, Gingersnap Croutons and Spiked Molasses Syrup for the first course. For the second course, a Watercress Salad will be served with dried cranberries, goat cheese, blood oranges, toasted pecans and maple vinaigrette.
For the third course, there is a choice. The first offering is Honey Glazed Ham with cured and smoked pork loin, cornbread dressing, haricot vert amandine and roasted pork jus. The second selection will delight seafood lovers and is a Pan Roasted Scottish Salmon served with chestnut puree, Brussels sprouts comfit and a chestnut, honey and raisin gastrique. For the fourth course, all diners will have the Mini Yule Log, which is a chocolate sponge cake with white chocolate rum mousse and will be served with an eggnog ice cream.
The Christmas Day Brunch on the Mezzanine in the Peabody Memphis
There would be no more delightful way to spend a late Christmas Day morning with the family that at the Christmas Day Brunch at the Peabody Memphis. Brunch is served on Christmas Day on the Mezzanine level of the hotel. There are three seating times for the Peabody Christmas Brunch. The Christmas Day Dinner in the Capriccio Grill at the Peabody Memphis
The Capriccio Grill within the Peabody Hotel in Memphis is an Italian steakhouse. Their signature cuisine marries prime steaks with all the flavors and aromas of Italy. On Christmas Day, the Capriccio Grill will be serving Christmas Day dinner on December 25 from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm, so you will have plenty of time to open your presents and dine out as well. The menu for the Capriccio Grill is a three-course meal and for the first course, patrons can choose between Sweet Pea Soup with Carrot Puree and Crisp Smoke Applewood Bacon or Baby Spinach tossed with beets, oranges, goat cheese and hazelnuts with a Honey Champaign Vinaigrette. For the second course, there are three choices. First, guests can choose between Herb Roasted Turkey Breast or Honey Glazed Ham. These two entrees are served with garlic mashed potatoes or sweet potato mash, cornbread stuffing, sautéed green beans, giblet gravy and apple cranberry sauce.
A third option is Horse Radish Crusted Prime Rib with Wild Mushroom Jus, herb roasted new potatoes and a broccoli and gruyere gratin. For the third course, all patrons will be served ‘Santa’s Sweet Holiday,’ which is a white chocolate Yule log and sweet potato cheesecake with orange caramel and served with Cinnamon Ice Cream.

At the Lobby Bar, you can relax in the Christmas spirit. This is also the place to watch the March of the Peabody Ducks, which take a trek from the roof through the lobby most every day.
