It’s only the beginning of September, but already the stores are full of Halloween items. The cost alone of these items is enough to scare me. Fifty to a hundred dollars for a costume that will be worn for maybe a few hours and then forgotten about? Even the cheap plastic kids costumes are fifteen or twenty dollars. But rest assured, you don’t have to spend a fortune to have a great Halloween.
